The token uses a transaction tax mechanism called "Drift Tax," which applies a 1% fee on buys and sells. Tax percentages and their allocations can be adjusted through community votes. Revenue generated from these taxes funds community initiatives, including an ambassador program, and a content creator program called the Clipper Crew, operated in partnership with Onchain Media, that pays creators for clipping and reposting DRVN Labo content. $BSTR is categorized as a culture coin — combining governance utility with meme token characteristics. Its tax structure and allocation are designed to fund long-term ecosystem development rather than short-term speculation. The token's supply mechanics and distribution are managed by the DRVN Labo team via secure multi-sig wallets and vesting contracts, with adjustments subject to community voting mechanisms built into the contract.
