RWACu is a real-world-data project built around copper. The product is the data: regularly updated copper price feeds sourced from a working industrial copper operation and published on Base as on-chain oracles with matching APIs. Three copper feeds: Class A — COMEX spot copper (classa.mj41.me) Class B — scrap-grade copper (classb.mj41.me) Class C — industrial / alloy-grade copper (classc.mj41.me) Class B and Class C cover grades that general commodity APIs do not publish, because the numbers come from over two decades of buying, selling, machining, recycling, and storing copper, not from reselling someone else's feed. The token is the access and participation layer for that data. It is not a claim on metal and not a financial instrument. RWACu is an open experiment in connecting blockchain systems to real industrial materials and the operational data they produce. A physical copper reserve sits behind the project as proof the operation is real: copper stored in sealed steel drums, 500 pounds per drum, currently 5 drums and 2,500 pounds and growing, with up to 101 drums possible. The reserve is documentation and credibility, not a redemption promise and not a price anchor. The same oracle infrastructure also publishes pricing for a range of industrial and precious metals at metals.mj41.me, installable via npx mj41-mcp.
