BISA (Blockchain Inter-Stellar Asset) is a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain that tokenizes access to an exclusive, actively managed digital-asset trading fund led by trading expert Dr. Anton Tobia. BISA is not a utility or meme token — it is a membership and profit-sharing key: holding it is the only direct way to participate in the fund's trading results. Supply is permanently capped at 2,500,000 BISA — non-mintable and priced at 1 USD during presale, targeting a 2.5M USD fund. The hard cap makes the token a scarce gateway to the fund rather than an inflationary asset. There are two ways to enter: Presale: 100% of a participant's capital is deployed into the fund, and as an early-bird benefit they also receive an equal value of BISA at 1 USD per token (a 1:1 token allocation on top of their fund position). After the fund closes and BISA is listed: new participants keep their full capital in the fund and must additionally buy BISA from the open market equal to at least 10% of that capital. Example: to allocate 100,000 USD to the fund, buy at least 10,000 USD of BISA on top. Profit from each documented trade is shared transparently: 60% to token holders pro-rata, 15% added as locked liquidity to support the token, and 25% as a management fee. Capital follows a 50/50 model (50% deployed to trading, 50% held in reserve for protection), with a 24-month lock and no early redemption to align members with the fund's long-term strategy.
