The defining feature is the Annual Tax Vote: once a year, holders vote to set the transaction tax rate for the following 12 months, anywhere from 1% to a hard capped 10% that cannot be exceeded. Governance is equal weight, meaning a wallet holding 10 million tokens and a wallet holding 10 billion each count the same. The vote is conducted off-chain, and the resulting rate change is executed on-chain by a 2-of-3 multisig, so the executed change is permanently verifiable on BSCScan. The token has a fixed supply of 77,000,000,000 tokens with no minting function.
