7SEVYN is a community-governed BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain, launched 1 June 2026 as a fair launch with no presale. Total supply is fixed at 77,000,000,000 with no mint function. The project is built around one mechanic. Once per year, holders vote to set the transaction tax rate for the following 12 months, anywhere from 1% to a maximum of 10% that is hard-capped in the contract. Governance is equal-weight: every participating wallet counts identically regardless of holdings. The vote is conducted off-chain and the result is executed on-chain by a 2-of-3 multisig. The token contract contains no voting logic. The default rate is 7%, split 3% reflections to holders, 2% auto-added liquidity, 1% growth and operations, and 1% core development. Holders vote not only on the total rate but on how it is divided. The core development allocation is a constant in code and cannot be changed by governance or by the owner. On 28 July 2026, 60,861,000,000 tokens, approximately 79% of supply, were locked in a UNCX vesting contract, vest ID 620. The vest is non-cancellable and non-transferrable, with 16 equal releases of 3,803,812,500 tokens beginning 28 July 2027 after a one-year cliff and concluding 28 July 2031. Each released tranche is directed to the Community Reserve and deployed only by community vote. The developer allocation is 7%, held in a wallet locked for six months by the contract. Sales are enforced in code: a maximum of 4% of the wallet balance per sale, and a mandatory 24 hour announcement before each sale can execute. That wallet is permanently blocked from fee exemption at the contract level. Liquidity is locked on UNCX until June 2027. Anti-whale limits are 0.5% maximum transaction and 1% maximum wallet. Contract ownership sits with a 2-of-3 multisig. The contract was audited by Moogle Labs in April 2026, 14 findings, all resolved. 7SEVYN is a fee-on-transfer token. The tax applies to every transfer between non-exempt addresses, not just buys/sells.
