c-uWatt, or Compounding uWatt, is the yield-bearing vault share of Suno, a solar energy tokenization protocol on Ethereum. Users receive c-uWatt by depositing uWatt, Suno's dollar-denominated base token, into its ERC-4626 staking vault. Yield accrues through the amount of uWatt each share can redeem for. A holder's c-uWatt balance does not rebase, and there are no separate rewards to claim. Distributions are funded by revenue received by the Reserve from operating solar projects and its liquid investments, with part of that income retained to support the Reserve's backing. Distributed rewards vest over time, and the yield is variable. c-uWatt is issued on Ethereum mainnet. Its bridged representation, xc-uWatt, extends the share to supported networks through Suno's LayerZero bridge, with an architecture designed for Ethereum L2s and other chains. Each xc-uWatt is backed 1:1 by c-uWatt locked on Ethereum. Staking and secondary transfers do not require an on-chain KYC check; redeeming the underlying uWatt through the Desk requires verification and remains subject to fees, liquidity, and daily limits. Suno's eligibility terms continue to apply.
