QRS/USDC
Qairos is an open-source, post-quantum security toolkit for Ethereum L1, released under the MIT license. It helps users and smart contracts prepare for future quantum computers that could weaken the elliptic-curve cryptography (ECDSA over secp256k1) that secures Ethereum accounts. Users can generate an ML-DSA-44 key pair (NIST FIPS 204) in the browser, sign and verify messages with it, and commit a hash of that key on-chain as a timestamped ownership proof. An on-chain oracle publishes a threat level from 0 to 5 based on verified breaks of elliptic-curve challenges, which smart contracts can read to lock sensitive functions automatically.
