BIC/wstETH
Bureau of Internet Culture (BIC) is an ERC-20 token on Ethereum. The project collects and archives culturally significant tokens, specifically those whose provenance traces back to their original creators. BIC replaced Feisty Doge NFT (NFD) on 19 September 2026. NFD was a fractionalized piece from the original Doge NFT auction on Zora, issued through Fractional.art. Holders exchange NFD for BIC at a fixed one-to-one rate through an escrow contract, so total supply is unchanged by the migration. The exchange runs in both directions: BIC can be returned for NFD on the same terms, for as long as the escrow holds the matching balance. The migration is carried out at bureauofinternetculture.art/migrate, which reads the escrow contract's balances directly and displays the amount available before any transaction is signed. The original NFD contract was not modified. BIC has 18 decimals and trades on Uniswap V3 against wstETH.
