StonkPad (stonkpad.dev) is a memecoin launchpad on Ethereum mainnet where trading fees buy tokenized real-world stocks — NVIDIA, S&P 500, Tesla, gold, oil (Ondo Global Markets assets) — and distribute them to token holders as dividends every 4 hours via on-chain Merkle claims. Tokens launch in two modes: a pump.fun-style bonding curve (2 ETH raise, auto-graduation to Uniswap V4) or an instant one-sided Uniswap V4 listing at graduation-parity price. Coins can trade against ETH, gold, WBTC — or directly against tokenized equities (a memecoin priced in Apple stock, paying dividends in Apple stock). All pool fees are enforced by an immutable Uniswap V4 hook; liquidity is locked forever in a contract with no withdrawal function; there are no admin keys over user funds. It captures value three ways: the platform side of all trading fees flows to its treasury (funding buyback & burn), 0.5% of every $STONK trade is burned, and holders receive 5% of every coin launched on the platform as an airdrop.
