TICKR is the native token of Tickr, a permissionless token-launch platform built on Ethereum that uses Uniswap v4 for liquidity. Tokens launched through Tickr are deployed as standard ERC-20 contracts with a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 units, paired against ETH in a Uniswap v4 pool whose liquidity position is burned to the zero address at deployment, preventing the deployer or the platform from removing liquidity. Each launch mints a single ERC-721 "Tickr Owner" NFT, which grants its holder the right to claim 100% of the creator fees generated by swaps on the associated token. The NFT is transferable, separating the creator-fee stream from the underlying token. TICKR was deployed through the same launch flow as any other token on the platform, with the same fixed supply and burned-liquidity structure. The token does not confer governance rights, fee rebates, or claims on platform revenue. The Tickr platform contracts — TokenRegistry, Factory, Hook, and Tickr Owner NFT — are deployed on Ethereum mainnet and source-verified on Etherscan. Symbol uniqueness is enforced on-chain by the TokenRegistry, which restricts ticker characters to uppercase letters A–Z and digits 0–9.
