EMAUSD/USDC
EMA USD (EMAUSD) is a US dollar stablecoin on Ethereum issued by LEANDRO ILIYA TRUST. One EMAUSD is created only when one US dollar is held by the issuer as reserve, and it is destroyed when redeemed. The contract caps the total supply at 5,000,000,000 EMAUSD. EMAUSD follows the FiatToken model used by major dollar stablecoins: minters with fixed allowances set by a master minter, pause, blacklist, EIP-2612 permit and EIP-3009 signed transfers, 6 decimals. It is an EIP-1967 transparent upgradeable proxy. The token owner and master minter is a 2-of-2 Safe multisig, and any code upgrade must wait 6 hours in a TimelockController controlled by that Safe. All contracts are verified on Etherscan, and the issuer's reserve statement is recorded on-chain in the token contract.
