Greenwood is a self-custody financial platform built on Robinhood Chain, an EVM Layer 2 focused on tokenized real-world assets. The platform is organized around four functions: holding, earning, spending, and borrowing, all operating from a single account. Greenwood accounts are ERC-4337 smart accounts secured by device passkeys, with sponsored gas and programmable recovery through user-nominated guardians. Balances settle in USDG, a regulated dollar stablecoin issued by Paxos. Greenwood does not custody user funds and cannot move, freeze, or lend member balances; all transactions require the account holder's signature. Idle balances can be routed to third-party onchain lending vaults to generate variable yield. The Greenwood card, issued by a licensed Visa-member partner, draws directly on these balances. Card rewards can be settled in tokenized stocks (Stockback), and members can borrow against tokenized stock holdings through a collateralized portfolio line at conservative loan-to-value ratios.
