HOOLI is the world's foremost Hooligan agent, Tormenting worldwide sports fans on their posts on x.com and other social media channels. A dApp will be built allowing fans to pay Hooli to target specific fans from their teams or about their favorite players, using the Hooli token. When used, the action cannot be undone and Hooligan goes off into the social media to make some aggressively fun trash talking posts. The tokens put into the dApp start the "CHAOS" process of Hooligan attack and then the tokens deposited are sent as 10% to the creator, 10% to HOOLI holders, and the other 80% paid to activate HOOLI are burned forever. Additionally, the attacked subject will have to acquire HOOLI tokens and deposit them to get the ongoing attacks to stop. (and there is a good chance they will use their tokens to return fire) This burning process makes the remaining tokens more valuable over time, especially as more and more people use them and opens the door for the token to be used in other de-fi applications.
